The nearby Chisel beach is a wildlife haven where I felt like David Attenborough exploring the best kept secret of the South West. I even reeled in some fantastic memories while fishing and took scenic walks that made me feel like I was in a nature documentary.
Shared bathroom with another room.

I had a truly exceptional stay at a charming bed and breakfast near Dorchester. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The owners, Ray and Angie, were incredibly kind and friendly, and their adorable dog Benji added to the pleasant experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and made with fresh ingredients from their own garden. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and cozy retreat. The location of the bed and breakfast was perfect, allowing easy access to the stunning Jurassic Coast. I cannot recommend this bed and breakfast highly enough. It was a truly exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations.

This hotel is an absolute gem hidden away in a small village in the idyllic countryside. The attention to detail and the high standard of the recently redecorated rooms really stood out. The staff were fantastic and our hosts Angie and Ray made us feel right at home. Breakfast was first class, with a wide selection of delicious choices made from fresh regional ingredients. We also loved the fact that some of the ingredients were picked from their own beautiful garden. The service and the breakfast kept us going all day.
No improvements necessary, everything was perfect.
